The Best of Show Awards at the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council conference went to Red Canoe CU and Empower FCU.

Nymeo FCU

Nymeo FCU won an Award of Excellence for branch design for credit unions with $150 million to $500 million in assets. Accepting the award are, from left: Courtney Jackson, finance concierge, and Elizabeth Wilson.



Numerica CU

Numerica CU won an Award of Excellence (miscellaneous category) for credit unions with more than $500 million in assets. Accepting the award is Jennifer Lehn, chief operations officer.



General Mills FCU

General Mills FCU won an Award of Excellence for credit unions with $150 million to $500 million in assets (miscellaneous category). Accepting the award are Manuela Keeling, manager of sales & service; and Cassandra Maloney, manager of operations.



Twin Star CU

Twin Star CU won an Award of Excellence for call center e-support among credit unions with more than $500 million is assets. Accepting the award is Ruth Hansen, contact center director.



Neighbors FCU

Neighbors FCU won an Award of Excellence in sales and service management for credit unions with more than $500 million in assets. Accepting the award is Paramjeet Bains, regional sales manager.



Element FCU

Element FCU won an Award of Excellence for branch design among credit unions with less than $150 million in assets. Accepting the award is CEO Linda Bodie.
