55 Acts of Kindness: Crossing guards

For the second straight year, employees at Complex Community Federal Credit Union brought International Credit Union Day to life in the Texas communities they serve by committing “55 Intentional Acts of Kindness” on Oct. 17—one for every year of the $378 million asset credit union’s existence.

All 130 employees from Complex Community Federal’s nine branches participated in the effort, which required a ton of coordination because “we still have a business to run,” noted Lisa Wyman, vice president of marketing and human resources at the Odessa, Texas-based credit union.

Here’s a look at each of the 55 Intentional Acts of Kindness, along with the number of staffers required to perform that task. Note that each branch assigned employees multiple activities throughout the day.
