PSECU Hams It Up

Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, Harrisburg, delivered 35 hams to a local mission for its Easter feast.

After reading that The Bethesda Mission, Harrisburg, needed hams, the credit union’s employees quickly initiated a drive to collect hams or money toward the purchase of hams from fellow staff members.

In addition to delivering more than 260 pounds of ham, the credit union contributed three cases of canned pears courtesy of John Gross & Company Inc. in Mechanicsburg.

“We want to exemplify the credit union philosophy of people helping people, and this is one more way our employees can come together to do that,” says Margaret Delmonico, Pennsylvania State Employees’ public relations administrator.
