Use of InteleDoc Plus Expands Across U.S.U.S. Recordings, a St. Paul, Minn.-based provider of mortgage recording solutions, reports that lien releases for half of the country’s states now are being processed with InteleDoc Plus. This solution is a Web-based electronic recording software and document preparation tool for lien releases, certificates of release, and assignments. InteleDoc Plus imports data directly from mortgage databases to automatically complete the InteleDoc Plus templates specific to each state. Lien releases then can be digitally signed and notarized to file electronically through U.S. Recordings' gateway or printed for signatures to be filed in counties that are paper-based. Optionally, U.S. Recordings can act as an authorized agent and complete the signing, notarizing, and submission of the lien releases, electronically or via paper, on behalf of the financial institution. U.S. Recordings anticipates that document preparation and electronic recording templates for all states will be ready by the end of the first quarter. For information, visit www.usrecordings.com. |
