 What Are Your Biggest Core Processing Challenges?

he sheer breadth of core processing features and functions to master can be overwhelming, credit union information technology (IT) experts say.

Training on the core system is challenging, too. "We have a trainer, but even that has limits because different departments have different training needs," says Shay Santos, director of IT for Dane County Credit Union, Madison, Wis. "We need to make sure things are fresh and people have access to resources."
